Listing process was painless and fully explained. Sales pictures were excellent and marketing materials were superb. Excellent real estate agent. Super responsive. Will definitely use again. When my original lender rejected my loan (one week before my scheduled closing) due to their negligence and no direction on where to go or what to do, Lisa stepped up and, even though she was on vacation at the time, worked in finding me a new lender, and actually, a better finance rate and less money due at closing, and only had my closing date pushed back by one week. I also work in a very small office, so being able to take time off for appointments/closing/etc is quite difficult. She took my schedule constraints in stride and even though it made it extremely difficult for her, she found something that would work for me, and we got it done."
